Duties:
The ZBA reviews of applications for use and area variances, and the power to render interpretations of the zoning regulations.
Members are appointed by the Town Board to five-year terms.

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETINGS:
The Zoning Board of Appeals Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 PM. If no projects are scheduled for board review, the meeting will be cancelled. Check the Town website for cancellation notices. Meetings are held at the Trenton Municipal Center at 8520 Old Poland Road in Barneveld, NY.

January 12, February 9, March 9, April 13, May 11, June 8, July 13, August 10, September 14, October 12, November 9, December 7.
