September 11, 2023

Meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M.

1. Circle K

Parcel #211.004-1-6

Parcel Location: Route 12, Barneveld, NY 13304

The applicant is applying to construct a new diesel canopy to relocate the diesel pump.  Joe Bradley came in with an updated plan for review by the board.  Joe Bradley had just received the plan today and Ken Cutler has not yet looked at it.  Tom Havers will be doing the construction with Tom Yocum.

The board reviewed the plans with the Havers and Joe Bradley and the board brought up concerns with items that were missing from the new plan.  The board provided copies of the SEQR responses to the Havers.  Joe Bradley will take the concerns back to the engineer to have a new set of drawings created.  The board stated that this would not have to go back out to SEQR because we are the lead agency.  The board will create a special meeting on September 18, 2023 so a decision can be made on the new plans.  Paul made a motion to create a special meeting on September 18, 2023, Dave seconded.  The board advised Joe Bradley to contact Ken Cutler as well before the new plans are created in case he had any concerns.

Minutes for August were approved by Dave, seconded by Kathy.  All approved.

3. Adjournment

Kathy made a motion to adjourn, Bill seconded.  All approved.  Meeting ended 7:53.
