Minutes of Meeting

June 10, 2024

Present:                        Earl Davis – Chairman

                                    Gordon Wydysh – Member

Mark Inserra – Member

Mike Benedetto – Member

Missing:                       Jon Speich – Member

Leo Boulerice – Zoning Enforcement Officer

Meeting called to order at 7:00.  Roll call taken.

Minutes:

Gordon made a motion to approve the minutes for May 2024.  Mark seconded.  All approved minutes.

New Business:

The secretary advised the board of the possibility of 3 appeals coming before the board in future months.  Most likely we will be getting appeal applications from the Amish for their sawmills and from Edward & Beverly Warner for Hobby Farm to raise chickens.  All have been sent appeal applications.  The board reviewed all applications in anticipation of upcoming appeals.

The board discussed the Amish farms and what are our next steps if the Amish applications were denied but they continued to operate the sawmills.  Earl will reach out to the Town Attorney before the next meeting for more information from a legal standpoint.

Gordon made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  Mike seconded.  All approved.
