Meeting called to order at 7:00. Roll call taken.

Minutes:
Minutes were not completed and will be reviewed at the next meeting.

Old Business:
The ZBA started to review short-term rentals ideas for future zoning regulations. Their reasoning was that if a zoning regulation was passed, then the ZBA would be the board to review Use Variances. Leo
stated that the Planning Board is the responsible entity for making recommendations to the town board. Certainly the ZBA can make recommendations to the Planning Board.

Gordon made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Jon seconded. All approved.
